Kaufmann's has been family owned and operated and proudly servicing the DC metro area since 1955.

Michael Robert Patrick has been with Kaufmann's since 1993, Servicing, Repairing and Delivering machines. He has since taken over Kaufmann's, from his father in 2004. His father and previous owner of Kaufmann's, Michael Patrick has opened up Rockville Office Machines in Rockville, Maryland. The two companies work together to help service the entire D.C. metro area.


Michael Patrick's second son, David Patrick has been in the business since 1999 and helps out his father in Rockville, Maryland when needed. David also helps out the family business by repairing machines.

New editions to the family business has been the third son, Troy Patrick and his fiance Jennifer McCord. Troy has been in the business since 2005 and Jennifer has been with the business since 2006. Troy helps the family by repairing minor problems with machines and pick-ups/delivers for customers. Jennifer has become Kaufmann's receptionist and bookkeeper.
